A classic dessert that delights with its flavor and consistency.

It already comes with caramel syrup.

Ingredientes

Sugar, cornstarch (transgenic), carrageenan thickener, flavor identical to natural vanilla, artificial colorings tartrazine and sunset yellow FCF. Syrup: sugar, modified starch, carrageenan gum and guar gum thickeners, flavorings, synthetic coloring identical to natural caramel, and artificial coloring tartazine.

GLUTEN-FREE.

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Add the contents of the larger packet (flan 120g) in a pan with 1 liter of milk.
  2. Stir well until it is fully dissolved. Take it to the stove and stir constantly.
  3. When boiling starts, reduce the heat and let it cook for another minute.
  4. Pour the Flan into molds or individual bowls. Let it to cool, then chill it in the refrigerator to obtain consistency.

Syrup

Mix the contents of the smaller packet (syrup 40g) in 50ml of water until it becomes uniform. Pour it over the Flan and serve chilled.

Makes 8 to 12 servings (100ml).
