Strawberry Maria Mole 50g

A childhood without maria mole... is not a childhood.

Unique in flavor and in the distinguished consistency, similar to marshmallow.

Ingredientes

Sugar, gelatin, artifcial strawberry flavoring, and artificial coloring amaranth.

GLUTEN FREE.

MODO DE PREPARO

1. Add the contents of this package (50g) in the mixer's container with 250ml of boiling water.
2. Stir well until the powder is fully dissolved in the water.
3. Add 250g of sugar (02 cups) and mix well.
4. Then beat it in the the mixer for 15 to 20 minutes or until it acquires the merengue point.
5. Pour into a baking mold greased with butter and chill it in the fridge to acquire consistency.
6. After it becomes solid, cut it into chunks and cover with grated coconut or chocolate sprinkle and serve.

Makes 30 servings (10g).
