Brigadeiro Pudding 200g

Authentic Brigadeiro pudding, creamy, which melts in your mouth.

It can be prepared both in the microwave and the conventional stove.

It already comes with chocolate sprinkle for the topping.

Ingredientes

Brigadeiro Pudding: Sugar, transgenic cornstarch, powdered cocoa, maltodextrin, carrageenan thickener, flavorings, coloring ammonia caramel, artificial colorings allura red and tartrazine.

Dark granulated chocolate: Sugar, cornstarch, powdered glucose, powdered cocoa, vegetable oil, salt, soy lecithin emulsifier, talc glaze, arabic gum thickener, flavoring.

GLUTEN-FREE.

MODO DE PREPARO

Gas stove

1. Dissolve the contents of the larger pack (180g) in 500 ml of whole milk and 30g (1 ½ tablespoon) of margarine.
2. Cook in mild heat, stirring constantly until it boils. After boiling, let it cook for another minute and turn it off.
3. Pour it into a baking mold a form with 18cm of diameter, with a center cone, take it to the fridge until it acquires consistency.
4. Remove it from the mold and cover it with chocolate sprinkle (smaller package).

Microwave*

*The recipe was tested in a 900W oven.

Makes 6 servings (100ml).

In a baking dish with 1-liter capacity and usable in a microwave, dissolve 30 g (1 ½ tablespoon) of margarine, then add the contents of this package and 500 ml of milk. Mix well and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes, remove it, stirit  well and return it to microwave for another 3 minutes. Stir well and pour it on a baking mold and chill it.
