MODO DE PREPARO

Gas stove

1.     Add the contents of 1 packet (12g) in a container, add 5 tablespoons of cold water and stir;
2.     Place it on the stove and dissolve over low heat, stirring constantly until fully dissolved.
3.     Wait for the gelatine to cool down and use it in the recipe of your choice. Do not let it boil, or it may lose its gelling capability.

Microwave*

1.     Add the contents of 1 packet (12g) in a container, add 5 tablespoons of cold water and stir.
2.     Heat it in a microwave oven for 30 seconds.
3.     Remove it from the microwave and stir well. Wait for the gelatine to cool down and use it in the recipe of your choice.
